This coffee is sourced from the family run Jagong Mill and surrounding farms located in the Takengon region of Sumatra, Indonesia. By controlling the whole process from farm to mill to port they are able to avoid convoluted supply lines that can compromise Sumatran quality. They are also able to pay other farmers a fair price for their coffee leading to regional economic stability. The result is a prospering region that produces and exceptional cup of Sumatran coffee.
